21st Century Cures Act Compliance

EHRMedBilling is committed to being compliant with the anti information blocking section of the 21st Century Cures Act. To that end, in the event a customer wishes to obtain a copy of their database backup file, EHRMedBilling will make it available to the practice for a fee of $1,500 plus whatever cost is associated with the transfer medium (external hard drive etc). In the event a practice requires an export of it's patient's charts, EHRMedBilling can make that available to the practice for a fee of $4500.
